Traditionally henna is used for body art, especially during weddings, religious holidays, and special occasions. These intricate designs known as "mehndi," are applied to the hands and feet, symbolising good fortune. However, due to its natural qualities henna is used to condition skin and naturally as a dye.

How to Use Moroccan Henna Powder

For Hair Dye:

1. Mix the henna powder with a liquid of your choice such as warm water to form a smooth paste.
2. Allow the mixture to sit for 1-2 hours to release the dye.
3. Cover your hair from root to ends and spread the paste evenly.
4. Allow the henna to sit and cover with a shower cap, depending on the desired colour leave on for between 1-4 hours.
5. Rinse your hair thoroughly with water and enjoy!

For Skin Care:

• Mix henna with water util it forms a paste.
• Apply it as a face mask or to any affected areas to improve skin conditions.
• Leave it on for between 10-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
